Shipping Policy

We prepare verified research orders with careful handling and traceable order information. Please review the following shipping terms before placing an order.
Order processing
Verified orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Orders requiring buyer qualification, address correction, fraud screening, inventory review, or compliance review may require additional time. Business days exclude weekends and observed holidays.
Domestic shipping rates
We currently ship only to U.S. domestic addresses. Two-to-three-day shipping is a $25 flat fee, and overnight shipping is $45. Orders with a merchandise subtotal over $250 qualify for free two-to-three-day shipping; overnight shipping remains $45.
Transit and delivery estimates
Transit estimates begin after the carrier accepts the package and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, service interruptions, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.
Addresses and tracking
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided with the order when available. Contact us promptly if an address correction is needed; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
Lost or damaged shipments
Report a package that appears lost within five business days after the expected delivery date. Visible shipping damage must be reported within five business days after delivery. Keep the product and all original packaging, and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when contacting support.
Shipping limitations
We may decline, hold, or cancel an order when shipping is unavailable, an address cannot be verified, buyer qualifications cannot be confirmed, or fulfillment would conflict with applicable law, carrier rules, safety requirements, or our research-use restrictions.
